Dance N Depth,
The Dance’n’Depth method is a freediving-informed movement practice underwater that:
- Releases rigid forms and embraces fluid, free movement
- Uses breath-hold and slow motion to deepen presence
- Encourages exploration, comfort, and intuitive expression in water
- Blends dance, improvisation, and water-based somatic awareness
It’s a dance with water itself, not against it — a poetic movement that comes from listening, surrendering, and responding to the aquatic environment.
